Fee Schedule
Internal: Users who belong to organizations who fund the QEII Simulation Program.

External: Users who do not belong to organizations who fund the QEII Simulation Program and/or users who are providing/receiving monetary or promotional value.
Examples of monetary or promotional value include but are not limited to meals, cadavers, educator fees, and representative personnel.

Any event mandated by the NSHA for its staff will be exempted and internal user fees will apply.

New - April 1, 2019: All prices are now subject to H.S.T.

Internal / Affiliates
Regular work hours (Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00):
Facility – Setup/Event/Cleanup No Charge
Staff No Charge
Medical Device Reprocessing Staff $50/hr./person
Wet Lab Disposables/Cleaning Fee $50/station
Extended work hours (Monday - Sunday):
Facility – Setup/Event/Cleanup No Charge
Staff $125/hr./person
Medical Device Reprocessing Staff $50/hr./person
Wet Lab Disposables/Cleaning Fee $50/station
Cancellation Fee (less than 7 days notice) $150

External / Industry
All work hours (Monday - Sunday):
Facility – Setup/Event/Cleanup $225/hr. (8 hr/day billing limit)
Staff $125/hr./person
Medical Device Reprocessing Staff
$50/hr./person
Wet Lab Disposables/Cleaning Fee $50/station
Cancellation Fee (less than 7 days notice) $250

Regular stock disposables will be covered by the Simulation Program.
Non-stock disposables / specialty items will incur a cost recovery fee.

Loaned equipment will incur a cost recovery fee (ex: Task trainers $50/day).

The Simulation Program is not responsible for:
  • Human anatomical material ordering or associated costs.
  • External equipment ordering or transportation costs.
  • Catering orders or costs.
  • Extra staffing requirements.
